I'm treated well, somewhat flexible schedule (depends on what the demands are that month really), friendly coworkers and management. For me the most important thing is you are treated with respect when you perform well.

Cons

Only software company I've worked for where the engineers don't get bonuses. Where's the incentive to put in extra effort?

Pros

I worked in more of the customer-facing specialty services side of things, but I can say that I have very few complaints about working for AssistRx. Management encouraged education and personal growth while also helping spot emerging opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Human Resources could do a better job at hiring the right candidates for the roles they are trying to fill. Hiring bad employees brings productivity down, demoralizes the team and causes liabilities. Small companies tend to struggle with a few bad apples ruining the bunch.

Free beer that's it .. No work and life balance . Find another company to work for

Cons

Even with a policy in writing , they do what they want .. Never trust them with your bonus .. Seems like you must have a attorney present to work for them.. Because they will try to screw you .. Management makes bonus promises .. Than act like it never existed .
