Flexible schedule Manager was understanding Work from home Incredible doctors and nurses Some growth with reimbursement on classes every year

Cons

Health insurance is a joke PTO is used for holidays/sick days Lots of red tape Lots of internal waste (LOTS) VIP treatment for the “elite” Raises are a joke Promotions are also a joke with 3/5% increase for immense work load

Variety of jobs available. Large facility. Teaching hospital , so Good educational facility. PtO rolls over. Multiple shift types available. Hospital and office positions available.

Cons

Health insurance is owned by the hospital and that is the only choice of insurance you have. Low pay scale. Human resources takes a long time to respond. Credentialsing loses documents. No specific sick days. Poor maternity leave package
