      Pros

      If you are looking for a place that encourages work/life balance then this place is for you. Don't expect more then that. Great place for the slackers to get promoted. Annual incentive bonuses slowly going away.

      Cons

      Management will only promote favorites. Suggestions are seldom, if at all, considered from non salary position. The lazy get less work and the well organized, gets more responsibility. Worst health insurance I have ever seen, high co-pays, high deductibles, high premiums. Maximum annual increase is only 2%.

      Salary is not that great even with the years of experience that you might have.

      Plenty of extra work available if you want it.

      Cons

      Benefits continue to get worse. They own almost everything in the region so there is little competition if any to drive them to offer competitive wages/benefits.
