Cons

Bad clock in system 1 minute late gives you a point towards termination

Transition to a new company

The President and his drive to create the culture are addictive.

The culture does not seem to transcend throughout the organization.

Pros

Excellent opportunity for growth. 401k plan has a nice match. Sales Bonus plans are well done and offer great quarterly opportunity for excellent earning. Company offers a Fuel UP referral program for great additional revenue. This company is newly developed after Atrium Hotels assumed management from John Q Hammons. Great quarterly open mic forum from the President of the company keeping open lines of communication directly from the top. You will know exactly the direction the company is going as you have the opportunity to get real answers.

Cons

Benefit plans are amateur. They are high cost and not affordable for all associates, although the discussion is as we move into the new year other options will become available. Senior Leadership seems over stretched at the top leaving items unanswered- likely due to growing pains.
