Inept management Ill-focused No strategy No priority The focus on the Vital Few is the really the focus on the Vital Many. This means too much to do, limits on resources, and making the culture great, right?

Acute Pain Division a Nightmare

Pros

The tenured Reps are great to work with and try to help.

Cons

There is absolutely no vision for the future. Selling the same product for 15 years with no research or innovation to compete in the market. Training did nothing to prepare the reps for their jobs. There is no cohesiveness between messaging and data.

Pros

- well-paid and good additional benefits not easily matched by other companies; - multi-cultural, open atmosphere, especially in EMEA office; you can be who you are and there are no obvious hierarchies on the floor; - objective recognition for your work, with quarterly and yearly awards; - continuous efforts to improve processes and systems - well-oganized even during acquisition and name-change period.

Cons

- There are to many changes sometimes (systems, brands) which makes it challenging to keep up
