Flex Friday seems to exist to make up for the lower than the market salary. Talented and well-qualified individuals tend to suddenly disappear without any clear explanation, like during the Soviet Union's repressions — you come to work one day, and they're blocked. Feedback from the direct management is minimal, leaving you largely uncertain about your performance. As with any remote team, the interaction quantity and thusly rapport built across different teams is challenging, but it’s certainly not bad!
