Pros

I am big on company culture and values. Axcient's company culture really impressed me and I can see the dynamic of the employees on a daily basis. Whether it be razor scootering to the kitchen, going out to lunch together, or playing foosball outside--the people here really know how to balance work and play.

Cons

Seeing as Axcient is still a "small" company, there is a lot of work to be done; sometimes outside of your job description. Overall, I take these tasks as learning opportunities and use them to better my skills and grow my knowledge about other departments, the company and our product.

Pros

Love my team and the people I work with. That's why I come to work every day. I've worked at a number of startups and this is the best yet. I appreciate the passionate leadership team and CEO and the information they openly share with us. I also get a lot of freedom to do my job the way I want to and am not micromanaged at all.

Cons

Not a lot to say here. More lunches? :)

Pros

Good Culture, Good work life balance, Unlimited PTO, Lunch twice a week Good CEO, Good location, Good teams overall Good market to be in.

Cons

Compensation is not that great. The Sales took a hit last year's 2 quarters. However, now it is recuperating. Personal growth is not much in engineering department.
