Compensation is the worst (you can hardly compare title and salary with the market). No matter how good you are, raises always need executive approval (yes, no joke). People talk about upper management being disqualified all the time in the company. People always say they only stay for short-term. It is definitely not a company worth staying in or growing in. A small group of people hold a huge amount of power and tightly control low salaries.

As Axle experiences rapid growth, there’s a need for the organizational structure to adapt accordingly. Implementing more defined processes and frameworks could help support scalability and maintain efficiency as the company expands.

More opportunities for promotions and career growth.

No real career growth unforseable promotion or bonus
