Management is a mess no communication

Communication needs to be presented more other than that it's fine.

Management plays favorites and is completely bias. No care or concern for employee development and comp. Management does not follow clean government practices and there is definitely a lot of shadiness in the background.

The poor work conditions at this lackluster company expect constant work from 9-5. Despite outstanding results, inconsistent management will never be satisfied. This cycle has no end and should be avoided. This terrible company operated like a defective assembly line, producing disheartened employees. Joining will lead to a drained spirit and soul.

Workload can be intense, and communication between departments sometimes feels disjointed, leading to occasional delays

Management does not know what they're doing. Hostile work environment. No training or set sops. The company cares only about the contractors, and the money they bring into the company. Just don't do it. I hated my time here and was berated, insulted, and treated less than while working here. I'm surprised they don't have a lawsuit on their backs yet.

Certain teams, including mine, were consistently forced to work late hours, sacrificing personal time and family commitments, all without any recognition or fair compensation. The upper management displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism, often resorting to bullying tactics to get their way. We were forced to sacrifice our personal lives and endure relentless pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines. It felt like a never-ending cycle of exhaustion and burnout, with little regard for our mental and physical health.

The management was terrible, and the HR was the worst. It was hard to say which one was more ridiculous. The employees suffered due to these awful people. We were offered poor and lowest possible pay, and there was no team bonding. The leadership didn't even care about employee communication. I felt bad to be cut off like that.
