- Leadership: I have had mentorship opportunities with my leaders and taken on a few team members seasonally - Growth: there have been a lot of career opportunities and growth. Since Axle is growing, there are more opportunities available. Managers value growth within. - Benefits: Benefits package is amazing!

Like the way that Axle dev team provides room for discussion or suggestions on some parts of the decision. Based on your skills, you can find yourself useful in multiple different teams.

Cons

The higher up manager level sometimes can be struggled of decisions. It could sometime being back and front. Will be better if improve company communications from higher up (manager level) to dev team (development)
