Pros

- Work from home; amazing work-life balance - Incredible culture. For being fully remote, BELAY has nailed company culture and making this a fun, inclusive, supportive environment - Genuinely kind, supportive people. I've never seen an organization that has better quality people who genuinely are cheering you on in your role and there to help - Great company values that are more than just words on paper - Genuinely care about the people working for them and you feel that as an employee - You really feel valued in your role - Managers who care/support/encourage growth

Cons

- Not so much a con, but something to note, onboarding and training is A LOT; easy to get overwhelmed and bombarded with information that you don't know how to file away or utilize yet. However, the support of the people around you is great during that time.

Pros

- Fully remote - Flexible work days (if there are not problems arising) - Small team and great support at that level - Mostly feel a good work/life balance - Meeting cool people all over the country

Cons

- Prayers in all internal meetings - Not a lot of diversity amongst the leadership team - Things can be going great with clients, until they're not and dealing with problem-solving and conflict resolution can be tiring and unexpected - I wish the base pay was a little higher for some of the problems we have to deal with out of nowhere - At times, it feels cliquey, like you have to impress the right people to get recognition - The company culture feels conflicting at times, encouraging work/life balance, but then praise the same people who hustle and go above and beyond - I feel conflicted sometimes with the pay gap between what the client pays vs what the contractor earns. It feels expensive and the clients have high expectations, which doesn't always align with the contractor's lower pay.
