Its an environment where you are challenged for the better! For our specialists, if you are looking for the flexibility and freedom that comes with being a 1099 remote contractor, but don't have the mental bandwidth or time to find clients, chase payments/invoicing, or to stay diligent on the ever-changing world of virtual support (technology, trends, professional development, client strategies to stay relevant,etc.), then BELAY is the place for you! Not only do you have a dedicated success consultant for each engagement, but a full community of other specialists to support you! There's a reason why BELAY is the #1 Virtual Support agency in the world and we encourage you to find out for yourself!

      Pros

      Working at Belay is such a gift! You’re able to build amazing relationships both internally and externally, be stretched to grow and improve, have amazing leaders who walk the walk, and most importantly, you’re able serve those around you!

      Cons

      I have worked at Belay for over 5 years, in different positions, and I don’t see cons at this company! I see leaders who truly do their best to serve team members, and support clients and contractors with excellence!

      Amazing Company with Healthy Culture

      Pros

      BELAY is intentional and thorough with onboarding and training. You receive a lot of ongoing support from managers and your colleagues in your role. For being a remote company, you don't feel like you're fully remote..in a good way. There are a lot of interactions with colleagues through Slack channels and they offer a lot of culture-building connections and optional gatherings for employees. The benefits are great and they have 8 core values that they truly live out. I'm grateful to be part of this amazing company!

      Cons

      It's a lot of information to learn up front and the role is more specialized than I was expecting. You have to do a lot of problem-solving and conflict resolution, which can be tiring. However, it's also rewarding. I think they should have a higher base pay than what is currently offered.
