Cons

Pay is baseline so it is hard when things like inflation happen Clients aren’t great, don’t seem to vet the clients in the same way they do the contractors

BELAY is an amazing company to work for. They truly do live out their mission, vision and values. They know how to create success with remote working, and treat their employees with care and appreciation. Work life balance is very important at BELAY, and they truly mean that. It's the best of both worlds - doing good work and making an impact, while still having the time & energy to focus on other things outside of work. This is a company you can be proud of, and help others achieve their visions along the way.
