Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. At BSI, we are continually looking to improve, so your feedback is appreciated. BSI Americas is currently undergoing a very large growth spurt. In fact, in 2016, the US sales force was tripled. This growth also comes with opportunities and challenges. Our fast paced environment can be a great place to learn, and be part of the company’s growth plan. Our office has been designed to provide a collegial atmosphere, to encourage cross talk and build a team environment. We also understand that with our rapid growth, challenges will arise as we align systems with sales territories to match the customer needs. We value each employee, their contributions and their development. Every year we conduct employee evaluations to discuss professional development, accomplishments, potential and salaries to ensure we are competitive and acknowledging the development of each individual. At BSI, we pride ourselves in focusing management efforts on individuals to support our growing customer base.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to BSI. We are glad that you appreciate the value of our benefits program. BSI seeks to provide benefits that are competitive within the market. BSI continues to seek input from employee so that we can continue to evolve with the ever changing work environment. BSI follows a competitive process to review all KPIs within the strategic plan, the annual budget process and during individual objective setting. All employees have the opportunity to raise their concerns during these processes. There have been several recent leadership changes at BSI. We believe these changes reflect the new direction leadership is taking among the BSI USA team. Additionally, several individuals have been promoted within the organization. Turnover is a global KPI which is regularly monitored. The organization has reduced turnover by 2% in recent years.

Pros

None, they reimbursed expenses , which is expected

Cons

Way to many to list, Very low pay and very high expectations which were very unrealistic, terrible micromanagement by ex military/operations folk who have little knowledge on leading or running a sales organization. No future here, everything is done haphazardly, and customers are either tricked or pressured into buying things they don't need.
