Pros

They paid well and the office building was nice.

Cons

Manager took pre work out before coming into the office. That alone was terrifying. Was expected to work 12-15 hours a day. I was told (dead seriously in a 1:1) that they “own me” because of the salary that they were paying me, and I had to work A time/ B time. A time was in the office, B time was at home “sending linked in messages and prospecting” while watching tv. I didn’t have time to watch tv, by the time I got home, made dinner, etc it was super late and I’d have to get myself ready for tomorrows 12 hour day plus commute. There was zero trust. Micromanaged. Squeezed 3 people into a glass office meant for one person, our chairs and elbows hit. Everyone was miserable. It was the worst job I have ever had. Place was the definition of toxic positivity. If you look and act a certain way, you’re in the clique. They only like you if you’re successful, but didn’t give you time to be successful. If you had meetings, the manager would come with you and then absorb the account to get credit for themselves. The manager had zero leadership skills, no eq , no personality or identity outside of this job, and was a puppet for upper management. Consistent turnover.
