- Leadership who becomes upset when you ask about salary increases, specific questions about product impact on customer network, and other uncertainties of where the product roadmap is going. Where's the professionalism? - Leadership who talks badly about their employees, slamming their desk on phone calls, calling people "idiots," yelling, rudely dismissing questions from other departments very openly since the seating arrangement is in an open floor plan. Aren't there conference rooms? Take these calls privately. - If you hit/exceed your quarter goal, they'll go out of their way to make sure you don't make the bonus and move it into the next fiscal/quarter/territory or make up an excuse that you didn't work hard enough. Also there's no way to track this, so it's all behind your back until you see $ missing. - Favoritism -- if you don't kiss the behind, you don't get very far. - If you are opinionated, you'll get in trouble and be scheduled an un-productive meeting with the VP to talk around the actual issues. You're better off talking to the HR/Talent team - at least they care about your concerns. - Unlimited PTO doesn't exist. False advertising. - Working remotely varies by department in HQ. You're allowed 1 work from home day/per week in Sales. - Advances in salary increases based on performance is a joke, even if you're top performing in your area. Beware of the BitTitan kool-aid. They have a strong focus on making perception into reality - swag, free food/drinks, shiny awards, etc. Look past that, ask lots questions if you decide to interview here. Don't get side tracked by hiring managers who go off tangent if you're asking a question they're trying to avoid answering.

Much of the cons others have noted are true. Management is lacking. Workload is unbearable. It starts at the top and when the CEO is a bully and thinks he can do everyone's job better than they can there is a problem. Unfortunately, this used to be a good company. However, once it grew past a certain point, it started to go downhill. The investor funding was the big killer, or at least the timing of when things started to really go bad. The change in product direction has hurt everything from customer relations to development. The company is floundering and will fail unless something drastic is done and that probably means limiting what the CEO can do before he guts every department.
