Terrible company

Pros

Some of the office staff are nice but most of them put up a facade.

Cons

You will not get shifts if you dont have experience. They play favoritism where if you pick up alot of shifts and don't call out you will get shiftsoffered. But if you call out or have an emergency they stop talking to you and reaching out to you. As a caregiver this effects your income immensely. They do not care about caregivers. If you have not been staffed for 3 months the system will inactivate you. Its not the best company to be working for, they claim to be a higher standard of care but they do not train their caregivers, everything you learn on your own and deal with patients alone. They dont talk to you or stay on the phone. They want us to figure everything out and take credit.
