Low base pay and stressful environment

Everything else! Office staff is laughable at best! Completely dishonest and disorganized. They can’t seem to get their stories straight. Good luck talking to them. Very unpleasant demeanor towards their field staff. They always sound like you’re bothering them or it’s a burden to answer your concerns. New owners want to cut cost and cut corners. They will not provide medical gloves for clients requiring them. Making the employees to purchase their own supplies. No health benefits here. Not enough consistent hours. Hourly pay is 17. But they won’t tell you that until you’re on the field. They dock your pay for any extra time worked past the schedule.
