Pros

The only reward that I had working thru brightstar healthcare would have to be the clients I worked with. most of them make you laugh and enjoy yourself and feel welcome in there home as well as the family members. you fell as if you are part of there family.

Cons

disrespected, not organized, under paid, management worries more about money than the clients or employees health and needs. no benifits. they talk to there employees as well as there clients badly. no communication thru office personel no one knows anything or what is going on with people or schedules. If you need to know something you have to take it upon yourself to ask other caregivers to get info. there is absolutly no training for caregivers alot of people dont even know how to put a bed pan under people. or use a hoyer lift. they hire anyone as long as you say you say you have worked in healthcare. My application was not even finished and I got hired and I have been there for a year or more and it still is not finished being filled out

Pros

Each individual franchise is different and the level of care they provide is above and beyond for every patient under Brightstar.

Cons

As a sales rep be careful not taking a low base salary, no benefits, etc with the promise that you will make a great salary based on the referrals you bring. The company has to be staffed for the referrals you bring in and be careful that you get credit for referrals that come in.
