They hired an Enterprise account manager who did not have Enterprise experience. They didn't have much to offer other than "did you ping your prospect?"

Micromanagement by managers. Too many managers manage small groups of individuals. They are always pushing people to deliver non-sense tasks creating fake urgencies and when you deliver, that functionality doesn't get used for weeks. People will get drained and demotivated.

No work life balance which is something that most people really need

Hope the new policies and frameworks help us know our future growth path here, cause that is much needed.

It feels like the managers have been promoted too soon, and they do not realise how important a good manager is for the well being of an individual working under their leadership. Often (and this is across the entirety of sales function at BStack) the managers are deeply concerned about saving their own face, and delivering their individual targets (even at the expense of their subordinates). If only the managers can see that we are a team working for the same goal, not hold petty grudges against their own team, and acknowledge where they have lacked could be a turning point.
