Leads do not have enough experience. They say that they have an open door policy and keep skip level calls to take feedback but don't keep it anonymous and the manager taunts with that feedback in team meetings. No fixed work timings, there are often late night calls. If you want to sit, relax and do politics, then this is the perfect place for you. If you want to learn and grow in your career, don't even bother looking at this company.

Not all managers but few managers who less than you. They just want to data to keep their collar clean. Even after filing this feedback in eNPS no improvement is seen in managers. Promotion is far sighted dream here. They hire more on senior level so that they don't promote hard working Junior level employees instead they prefer to believe in hiring or trusting new joiners. What does a person working for 5 years do? Leave the company to get the promotion somewhere else in the market! Lot of leadership already left the company. They glorify the people working with Browserstack for 5+ years or so called OGs. If you'll keep employees on same position for 3+ years then soon these 5+ years or OGs will leave the company to get promoted position in some other company.
