Pros

Helpful coworkers and supervisors for the most part. They try to provide outlets for their employees, Beer Fridays, Ping Pong, Foosball, video game consoles. Laid back work environment when it comes to the social aspect, no one cares if you drop an 'F-bomb'. Good starting pay rate for the area.

Cons

It's sales so its naturally cut throat (to an extent), competitive and somewhat stressful. If you are not a good multi tasker you have no chance here. Lots of product knowledge to learn in the beginning which can be overwhelming, though you will become familiar with it.

Pros

Pay and benefits are great. Lots of discounts around town. Fun place to work. Flexible with schedules. The sky is the limit when it comes to opportunity.

Cons

To really get ahead, you have to be willing to invest more than 40 hours a week, sometimes a lot more. Lots of information to take in about products and procedures which can be overwhelming. Training could be better for new hires.
