      Unlimited potential! This company is all about promoting from within which gives the best, hardest working employees, something to continue to strive for and a reason to stick around and be proud of our company. The Culture at Build.com is awesome and continues to grow. I feel bad for people that don't work here...

      Cons

      If you ever have to move/leave/quit, good luck finding another company that is as much fun to work for! There are maybe a handful of companies that have the culture we do, the few that come to mind are Google & Zappos.

      Pros

      This is an awesome company to work for. My schedule is amazing and the work is different every day. There is a great amount of team work and we all get along and enjoy helping each other out

      Cons

      Only con is how far it is away from where I live. Space is cramped as we are growing fast.

      Pros

      Build.com is a local company with a very modern and realistic way of running things, they listen to all employees at all levels and are very laid back with things like dress code and having fun, but serious when it matters. If you get your stuff done and have good ideas, you will very likely move up the company fast and be noticed

      Cons

      Just like any company they have bosses you may not like, or rules you don't agree with, but overall there are very few cons to this job, probably the biggest con is the call center and dealing with upset customers, but that is the nature of a call center, if nobody ever had a problem, we wouldn't need a call center at all.
