Good Company, Great Employee's.

Pros

-I have amazing coworkers. We have a lot of fun working together and always have each others back. -We do work hard and build does it's best to make it an enjoyable work environment with some extracurricular activities. -Bottom line what makes me want to work for this company is the people I get to work with.

Cons

-For a billion dollar company the pay could be a little better for non-bonus / non-commission positions. -Lack of transparency and communication

Great place to work if you have the right manager

Pros

A lot of vendor events with free food and swag, plenty of opportunity for growth, great coworkers.

Cons

It's easy for bad managers and workers to slip through the cracks and "float", which seriously downgrades morale.
