Pros
Very friendly, open, and helpful culture, never get turned down when asking questions. HR knows how to give people fun things to do so Brand days with free food, beer on Thursdays, and huge office parties are always a great treat. Lots of potential to move up in the company, network, and learn trade skills from scratch.
Cons
Base salary is set across the company, leaves much to be desired and very unstable to rely off of taxed bonuses. Can sometimes result in individuals being less team-oriented and more for themselves. Prepare to walk long distances to work unless you show up before 7am as the location is a bit cramped in this stage of the company.
