-Good People, even in management. -Stong pay (for Chico)

Cons

-The fun culture is on its way out with the growth. As to be expected but worth mentioning. -You don't go to work for good people, IMO. -Lack of honesty as information trickles down. Multiple times different managers had given entirely different direction and rule set. -It is a great place to work but not for everyone. -Ask anyone you might know to get the best idea of how bad these can get^

Pros

The best thing about this company is the people. We have some of the most passionate employees that truly know how to work hard while having a good time. The benefits are honestly pretty good when looking at a national level and top tier when looking at a job in Chico. Growth potential is truly what you make it. The company is growing rapidly and looking for top performers to drive the business towards a bigger and brighter future. I personally love the "go get it" culture but it will not appeal to everyone.

Cons

The health insurance plan could be better, but HR is making some big adjustments to address employee complaints, so I would withhold judgment until the new plan drops this summer. Communication has always been a struggle here, but the leadership team is working hard to remedy this issue and communication and transparency is leaps and bounds better than when I started with the company.

Not a great place to work if your over 30. Company doesn't respect those with previous experience.
