Pros

Free lunch when you’re in the office, and the SDR team is made up of cool, highly motivated people. Without these other SDRs becoming my genuine friends, I probably would’ve left sooner.

Cons

The work/life balance here is a real challenge. While leadership says they don’t expect you to work extra hours, the workload often makes it impossible to keep up within regular hours. It’s more common for employees to log in on weekends than not, or even during holidays like Christmas and New Year’s to stay afloat.
