Pros

Unique, industry‑leading software with no true competitors Friendly, supportive coworkers who genuinely want you to succeed Fun office perks (ping‑pong, pool table, free snacks) that on paper look awesome

Cons

Hours routinely stretch well beyond 9–5 (often 7 AM–9 PM) with no overtime pay or clock‑in allowance Interview and recruitment overemphasize “culture” and “flexibility,” but the reality is rigid desk‑time requirements Very rushed onboarding—thrown into a complex tech stack without adequate training High churn in the SDR team; you’re likely not the only one feeling misled Recruitment claims “90% of SDRs hit quota, making 70 dials,” but actual expectations are closer to 250–300 dials daily—this is essentially a call center role

Pros

Decently high pay for someone with no professional experience. Sales is a very highly valued skill that pays great, especially if you move up and promote to AE. Additionally these skills will always be valuable in any walk of life afterwards.

Cons

BEWARE, this job is not for everyone. You need to be able to grind day-in and day-out, face constant rejection, and deal with the crushing pressure of hitting quotas.
