      Pros

      Work and life balanced. They want there employees to take time off. They push to get everything done in 8 hours

      Cons

      They use the family atmosphere slogan but it’s not. They treat there employees as numbers instead of a human being They have hard working employees but don’t compensate them well. They do things as a check off mark to make it seem they care but don’t They are not engage what really goes on in the warehouse

      It's a job, you get paid

      Cons

      If they don't want you, they won't necessarily fire you. They will make it so you want or have to leave voluntarily. This way they don't have to pay anything out to you. This includes vacation pay. And once you are no longer employed, your health benefits immediately cease. Doesn't matter that you paid it for the month.
