Pros
The actual work I was doing was interesting and challenging. Pace was very fast and I was always busy which made the time go by very quickly.
Cons
Biggest bunch of hypocrites that I have ever worked with. They interview like they only want to hire people who are positive and like to collaborate and work as a team. Had maybe two departmental meeting the entire time I was there. Met with my boss, a maximum of three times in two years. Nobody in the department talked to one another and constantly gossiping behind closed doors. Work was not a priority to anyone there. Such a great company with such terrible leadership.
