      Laid back atmoshpere and management. The manager of my dept. is exceptional.

      Some of the sales force lacks motivation and organization which sometimes puts a strain on the design work.

      Benefits were good and employee discount.

      Cons

      Most equipment is old. Barely have enough employees to do the work out in the yard. Each location is operated independently and doesn't assist other locations very often. Don't expect any decent wage increases. Working on Saturday mornings and sale maybe $500 for the store.
