      Pros

      Lack of structure, oversight, and accountability allows some employees to work in areas they otherwise wouldn't be allowed to. This generates some rare learning opportunities for inexperienced workers.

      Cons

      Total lack of organization or respect from upper management. Parent company treats employees in recently acquired company as borderline subhuman.

      Pros

      Lots of job security, even for the sorriest employee. Off on weekends and most major holidays. Pretty decent benefits. At least in my region.

      Cons

      Very disorganised. Very poor management from store level up at most places. Long hours due to lack of planning/communication. Most equipment is old and maintenance is secondary to the bottom line. Most locations barely have enough employees to do the work. Each location is operated independently and do not assist other locations often. Don't expect any decent wage increases or promotions worth taking.

      coworkers feel like family- flexible with understanding life happens.

      acknowledment of company employees is poor- value is shown greater to temp employees. insurance benefits need improvement
