Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of job security, even for the sorriest employee. Off on weekends and most major holidays. Pretty decent benefits. At least in my region.
Cons
Very disorganised. Very poor management from store level up at most places. Long hours due to lack of planning/communication. Most equipment is old and maintenance is secondary to the bottom line. Most locations barely have enough employees to do the work. Each location is operated independently and do not assist other locations often. Don't expect any decent wage increases or promotions worth taking.
