Not very rewarding work or recognition for good work. I find myself with a lot of free time throughout the day and I have to actively seek out other things to do. Not as organized as you would think on the lower levels of the business. There is a lot of scrambling and the managers don't feel very accountable for their subordinates. No real training in any role. Basically a "learn as you go" philosophy but they expect you to know what you are doing extremely quickly.

Poor management, pay raises are often discussed, but never actually followed through with, and when they are, it’s never what was promised because “corporate” If you are really good at your job, you will often be told to do things that are not in the scope of your job. For example, having to load doors onto a box truck as a “Sales Manager”.
