Mandatory 10 hour days year around. Only one 30 minute unpaid break. Old equipment many of the the forklifts are over 15 years old with over 10,000 hours on them. As of this review all the forklifts were open cabs all the work is done outside. management keeps saying new forklifts are comping this has been going on for 3 months now. Ever manger is ethier incompetent or a treats anyone below them with no respect. The yard staff and drivers are second class citizen compared to the sales staff.

Low pay. Not much responsibility Lazy workers. Repetitive work Low pay. Not the right grinders for glass. No one cleans the machines. The Assistant supervisor sends the glass to the oven, but in the wrong order, mixing everything up a lot. Most of the women dress inappropriately, like they're going to the club. Did I mention low pay?
