Pros

Off on weekends, flexible with time off

Cons

Managers do no know how to manage people, poor leadership, unprofessional employees, lack of team work, favoritism, lack of positive reinforcement, no one takes accountability., You have to rely on overtime bcz the pay sucks, so no work life balance.

Pros

As much time as you could want Not back breaking work Holidays and weekends off Holiday Pay If morning shift, your day ends at 3:30

Cons

Low pay. Not much responsibility Lazy workers. Repetitive work Low pay. Not the right grinders for glass. No one cleans the machines. The Assistant supervisor sends the glass to the oven, but in the wrong order, mixing everything up a lot. Most of the women dress inappropriately, like they're going to the club. Did I mention low pay?
