Pros

Laid back, semi retired kinda work. Music was welcomed to be played all shift. Guys seem pretty cool, weekends off. Plenty OT

Cons

Summer heat. 3AM start time. 12 hour long shifts. Very unfulfilling & just a boring place. No life. All management cared about was production quota. I was there 2-3 weeks before management knew my name.

Pros

Management, process and professionalism. Great team to work for. Even though most designers are remote there is still the feeling of being part of a team.

Cons

Pay and benefits. Designers are hourly and depend heavily on overtime pay to make a decent amount of money. That makes vacations impossible for most people. Offer a top level salary to the top level players and they will stay! Health plan is weak for such a large company. They can do better.

Good place to work; feels like family. Managers care about you not just as an employee but as a team mate. Good pay, GREAT benefits.

Cons

Since the merger, the waters are a little murky in management. Tell you one thing, do something completely different. Feels a little like moving ten steps back to take two steps forward.
