Over the past 2 years the working environment has significantly deteriorated, as the company failed to execute on a growth strategy. There are many fundamental issues, expenses are out of control, and while the company is squeezing on employees ( another massive layoff is coming shortly) additional levels of senior management and executives have been added. The company has done a good job acquiring other companies but has done a poor job of integrating them. Once acquired and integrated to CA, the performance of these acquisitions declined significantly. Despite some of the positive company reviews you may read and the company bragging about some of the “workplace excellence” awards, it is a toxic environment, employees are pressure to respond to employee surveys that claimed to be anonymous but there is a clear trend of employees raising issues being demoted and/or terminated . It used to be a great company to work for but no longer is.
