      Pros

      While being such a large corporation they do strive to make a good culture for those who like such institutionalized and standardized places. The sheer incompetence and all out political culture of the VP level and down is down right comical at times if it were for the fact that it chews up passionate employees and spits out zombies.

      Cons

      No true career pathing, growth through aquisition, slow to change course and culure, more lip service than true cultural adoption. Classic corporation 2000

      Pros

      They pay quite well initially to make up for the lack of cool-factor, so negotiate hard as they get very cheap quickly and management is rated on how cost-efficient they can be (ie. keeping bonus pay down to a minimum, cutting jobs to make the analysts happy, etc). Certain parts of the company are able to hack their way into doing compelling stuff

      Cons

      Stay away from marketing in general. There's absolutely nothing ground-breaking happening there. In fact from the CMO on down they micro-manage even their top agencies to just execute based on what their preferences are. Why pay that kind of money to an agency or employee to just do what they're told? It's ego. v

      Pros

      Good benefits, depends on department but usually supportive of flex time and some work from home. So many different divisions, some are great some are shutting down and laying off.

      Cons

      You are killing yourselves with the offshoring and focus on centers of excellence. For operations and development roles, do not apply in North America if you are not in one of the five key locations - everywhere else you are a layoff risk.
