Pros

-You get to meet a lot of great people -Opporunities for travel -Easy to get promoted if you know how to work your charm

Cons

-Area team is a joke -Promotions are given to those who are friendly with area team and not those who are deserving -Overworked and underpaid -Clothing discount is 25% which is peeing in the ocean for trousers that cost $125 -Employees that are promoted from within are expected to do a “trial run” without getting paid their new rate, while if someone is hired from outside of the company they are paid the rate right away -Area recruiter is a joke -Constantly training people because turnover is ridiculous. Worst I’ve seen. -Working at a H&M brand... just google the messed up stuff H&M tries to get away with

At COS we pride ourselves on providing a rewarding work environment and are happy to hear you were able to meet a lot of great people and had some opportunities to travel. As a brand we are constantly training to provide our teams with the knowledge needed to complete their jobs. We provide the opportunity for people to grow on a daily basis and ensure they have a platform to do so. We do not expect anyone to do a job they are not paid for or in receipt of fair compensation. We believe we grow through our people.

Your slow response is kind of indicative of NOT “leading by example” nor is it a demonstration of your “passion.” If I was HR I would be mortified by many of these reviews, both from current and former employees. And yet, you’ve provided a response with no substance. And once again, you’re encouraging employees to “live through the values” when there is no real incentive to do so. Your response also assumes that conversations regarding this topic haven’t already been had with upper management. I would be only too happy to contact HR but based on my experience, revealing who I am will provoke some sort of retaliation. In my experience, honest feedback has either been blatantly ignored or met with a retaliatory spirit.
