Pros

Benefits improved over time, that’s about it.

Cons

The same five people keep getting promoted to higher levels. They literally create jobs for them and promote them. The same 5 people. It’s like they have they own Good ole boy network going on and is visible as heck. They need to be careful When handling people with known disabilities also, especially protected disabled people as well. It’s like the lights on and no one is home with HR. You guys are on the branks of being sued and pending EO complaints… and stop coming to My page on LinkedIn it’s getting weird.

Small company, work from home, decent pay

Cons

Does not promote employees unless they are of caucasian race regardless of your education, experience, and productivity. Nepotism, racism, and discrimination degrade the company.

Pros

You’re vested in the pension after 5 years. Hybrid work model.

Cons

The family benefit premiums are terrible. For a family plan with low deductible (best option) costs you around $8 an hour. I pay around $1200 a month for family health, dental, and vision. That’s around $16,000 a year so make sure you consider that when considering a job. Also if you’re offered a job based on a 37 hour work week don’t let it excite you. You’ll never have a work load that will allow for it. You’ll be working 45+ hours a week to keep from sinking. So if you’re salary and offered a 37 hour work week just know you’ll be working overtime with no compensation for it.
