Thank you for your kind review Outpatient Therapist in Orlando. I was a previous therapist and I understand how home visits can feel unsafe at times. Please make sure that you notify your supervisor if there are any homes that you are not completely comfortable visiting due to unsafe circumstances. Chrysalis Health takes employee safety very seriously and will make accommodations if needed to ensure your safety. The shadow training is such a great idea! We have actually implemented already for new hires upon request. Not everyone wishes to shadow because they have work for another company doing very similar work so it was never mandatory as part of our training curriculum. I agree, when someone is new in this position, thorough documentation review should be a priority in an effort to be more proactive with learning curve errors. I will certainly communicate your recommendation to have highlighted during supervision. If you can think of anything we can do differently or more of, don't forget to chime in at our quarterly Think Tank sessions for employees :)

Thank you for your kind review Anonymous Employee. The pay in this industry will always be a concern for some. As a previous Therapist myself, I do understand this concern, but there are ways to organize your schedule and make more than management! We are continuously striving to create new and innovative ways to add to your total compensation. And you are correct, we are currently in the process of rezoning many areas throughout the state which will definitely improve the referral process, thank you for bringing that up.
