Pros

I honestly have no prod to report. Maybe the recruiters contacting candidates expeditiously. Thereafter, the interview was poor. The recrujter was late, unappreciative and very standoffish fronthe welcome.

Cons

Poor culteral competency. They only pay per service. Poor recruitment, i felt like i was talking with a sleezy car salesman, but she was a woman. Waste of time. Poor company culture.

Pros

Knowing that you are helping the community. Great entry level

Cons

No room for growth, its an entry-level company, human resources is a clique too busy chit chatting to really help, lots of changes no one really knows what's going on, management would rather you not be in school to better you work for them with no promise of promotion.

Thank you for your feedback former Intake Specialist in Fort Lauderdale. I am sorry to read that you did not have a positive experience joining our team. I am happy to at least hear that you felt you were helping the community. Chrysalis Health does place employee growth as a high priority from the start of employment with our vision plans illustrating both personal and professional goals, as well as providing flexible schedules so that employees can go to school to earn a higher education. If you felt that Human Resources was a "clique too busy chit chatting to really help" I wish this would have been brought to my attention and I encourage you to let me know what happened that made you feel this way. I can be reached at 954-587-1008 Ext. 1014.

Thank you for your kind review Case Manager in Fort Lauderdale. Case Management is a very challenging position for sure, it was my first professional job after college and I learned so much during this time. There are ways to manage and organize your time to create the best work/life balance. It's actually one of the perks of being a Case Manager. Since your review, we have brought many new perks to the Case Management department including, but not limited to Case Management support groups, enhanced PTO program, less required annual trainings, more paid trainings and the Lead Case Manager position for growth, development potential and promotion. Free lunches are a PRO for sure...I like them too during my meetings, makes it more enjoyable. If you can think of anything we can do differently or more of, don't forget to chime in at our quarterly Think Tank sessions for employees :)
