I am happy to at least hear that you felt you were helping the community. Chrysalis Health does place employee growth as a high priority from the start of employment with our vision plans illustrating both personal and professional goals, as well as providing flexible schedules so that employees can go to school to earn a higher education. Thank you for your kind review Case Manager in Fort Lauderdale. Case Management is a very challenging position for sure, it was my first professional job after college and I learned so much during this time. There are ways to manage and organize your time to create the best work/life balance. It's actually one of the perks of being a Case Manager. Since your review, we have brought many new perks to the Case Management department including, but not limited to Case Management support groups, enhanced PTO program, less required annual trainings, more paid trainings and the Lead Case Manager position for growth, development potential and promotion. Free lunches are a PRO for sure...I like them too during my meetings, makes it more enjoyable. If you can think of anything we can do differently or more of, don't forget to chime in at our quarterly Think Tank sessions for employees :)
