Pros

Flexibility, training, rewarding work, and supportive supervisor. Room for growth and advancement

Cons

Upper management is non existent. Low pay. No work/life balance. No time for family because you are always working doing paperwork or writing notes while home.

Thank you for your feedback Outpatient Therapist in North Miami Beach. I am sorry to read that you are not having a positive experience with Chrysalis Health. There are ways to manage and organize your time to create the best work/life balance. It's actually one of the perks of being an Outpatient Therapist as I use to be one. Your listed pros are great and I'm happy that you are at least experiencing those aspects of our company culture. Upper management likes to be very involved in the company, attends many events throughout Florida, as well as writes in our monthly Newsletter. If you can think of anything we can do differently or more of, I encourage you to chime in at our quarterly Think Tank sessions for employees :)
