Thank you for your feedback Anonymous Employee in Fort Lauderdale. I am sorry to read that you are not having the best experience with Chrysalis Health. Your listed pros are great and I'm happy that you are at least experiencing those aspects of our company culture. As I mentioned in a previous response, upper management likes to be very involved in the company, attends many events throughout Florida, as well as writes in our monthly Newsletter. As for unrealistic expectations, poor communication and poor planning please contact me to let me know what is going on that makes you feel this way. I can be reached at 954-587-1008 Ext. 1014. Chrysalis Health strives to focus on personal and professional goals with completing vision plans, which are reviewed with your supervisor. Additionally, if you have not experienced an annual performance evaluation period, we also focus on personal and professional goals during this time to help support what each employee is working towards whether with Chrysalis Health or not. I encourage you to contact me and provide insight into what you mean by not having consistent training, manuals and supervision as this should not be the case.
