Thank you for your feedback Former Outpatient Therapist in Fort Lauderdale. We have put so many initiatives in place so that team members working in the filed do not feel so isolated and working alone as you put it. Many support groups, self-care groups, think tanks, etc. to foster camaraderie, support feedback loops and fun! We have many team members who leave and return to Chrysalis Health...maybe this is something you would like to consider. If so, feel free to reach out and we appreciate your feedback.

Pros

None, if you are an office employee but for outpaitient employees, having flexibility in your schedule i sgreat.

Cons

High turnover rate!! I remember seeing 7 people get fired in one week when I worked there. The company is very High Schoolish and there are definetly "clicks" there. If you are in the click, your job is safe if you are not in the click, you feel like an outsider. There system for productivity is horrible, the amount of paperwork is insane and 95% (i am not joking) of the employees are VERY UNHAPPY. I have never posted comments about a company, but I couldn't hold this back anymore. My friends told me to run before I started working there.....I wish I would have listened. Also, they pay you next to nothing. Someone working in the field for more than 10 years would only make $42,000 a year. Lastly, they do not value you, you feel very disposable working here.
