Always understaffed. Compensation is a JOKE!!!! You basically are a very portly paid telemarketer, numerous outbound cold calls expected daily begging for business, multiple call nights, sometimes 2 per week. Management here is the worst in any company I have worked in HANDS DOWN. To put this in context I am normally top 4 or 5 bankers in the region so I am not disgruntled, this really is a terrible company. Management does not care about the employees at all, any issue you have with the company or the way things are done will be thrown back in your face and turned around on you. I don't know how we stay open. Employees have no RELIABLE resources, different answers to the same question any time you call. I am actively seeking new employment because I am at the point that I am embarrassed to say I work here. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY, WORST JOB I'VE EVER HAD.

You're welcome as long as you can shove another credit card down a customers throat. If you can't make the customer service goal you won't get a bonus after all those cards you pushed, which is smaller and smaller every quarter. Benefits got slowly taken away year by year. Pension plan goodbye. Blue Cross not any more. Separate sick time and vacation time; let's put it all together and remove 5 days. Buy an extra week of vacation (now PTO) forget about that now too. You're a good employee but since you've been working here for 25 years you've reached the top of the pay scale for your position (less than $15 bucks an hour)
