      Pros

      You don't have to work full time to have a full-time salary and benefits. HR tries to hold people accountable for working full time but HR management works less than banker's hours or work fully remote which they tell us we can't do and reprimands others for not being in the office 8 hours on office days. How can you hold others to what you won't do yourself?

      Cons

      Same as pros - no accountability. HR leaders should not be telling Engineering managers to reprimand employees for not working 8 hours in the office when they don't. Job security, culture of hypocritical standards and behavior, no future for this company. No sales outlook and all current customers are disconnected and no more contracts.

      Company loyalty to employees. Treat you like an adult. Internal opportunities. Great pay. Great benefits. Great work environment.

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't think of any cons. CliniComp, is what you make of it. It has great people, does great, meaningful work, and is an over all great place to work
