- great benefits to include pension plan and plenty of time off - cool Cleveland office - free lunches - fun work events - enjoy the job and new skills I'm learning

- salary could be better for market value, my position is worth more now in 2022 than it was in early 2021

Work culture is a dream! They do all kinds of extra activities for employees, super inclusive, considerate of employees work-life balance (lots of paid time off), great benefits, remote work availability, and lots of room to learn and grow!

Cons

I have no real cons to note, pay could be a little better but the pay isn’t bad.
