Pros

Overall a great team oriented company. My department had sufficient support staff so that sales could work effectively on their projects rather than get bogged down with basic paperwork.

Cons

Promotion of incompetent workers. HR completely in the dark as to EEOC complaints. Unethical practices on going and for the sake of profit, management would turn a blind eye. Company was very slow to upgrade database. We had worked with a basic program for almost two years with continual promises that a new system was on the way. Once it was online it was not geared towards our division and was difficult to make technical changes.
