Pros

Great company Amazing work life balance Company is compassionate and actually cares about it’s employees Great incentives to sales reps

Cons

The base salary sucks. All sales reps despite how long you’ve worked is paid a base salary of $50k. Only senior reps and above make more. So you have to bust your butt off on commissions if you want to make more. My commissions bring me 50k so in total I make a 6 figure . If you can’t work hard you won’t make any money
